4. Medical Services Disclaimer
Nurse Bette facilitates access to licensed clinicians for in-person care. Nurse Bette does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, you should contact local emergency services immediately.
Clinical decisions and treatment are the sole responsibility of the assigned clinician.
5. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for medical services requested through Nurse Bette, including visit charges and any additional fees disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Canceling a request or failing to be available at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation or no-show fee, as outlined in our policies.

All intellectual property related to Nurse Bette, including trademarks, logos, software, content, and designs, is owned by Nurse Bette or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension or Termination

Nurse Bette provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of clinicians, or specific medical outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurse Bette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
